Thirty years ago, thanks to the artisan tailor Francesco Briggi, the story of Atelier Pietro Longhi began.
A story marked by difficult choices in the name of quality, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage. For this reason, the atelier is cited by connoisseurs of unique pieces as a reference for artisanal luxury. Official atelier of the Venice Carnival since 2017, it is involved in the most important events held in the city and beyond.
Distinguished for its scientific research and a point of reference for Italian and European teachers, students, and professors, Atelier Pietro Longhi has collaborated with various institutions, boasting permanent exhibitions in Italian museums, as well as consultations and creations for temporary exhibitions for institutions such as the Triennale di Milano, the Venice Biennale, the Buccellati Foundation, as well as those exported from South Korea to the United States.
Following the courageous acquisition of a machine over 100 years old, and after an original restoration and technological update to keep it alive, thanks to Anna’s passion for accessories, the hat factory of Atelier Pietro Longhi was born. Still the only one operating in the Veneto region, for twenty years it has been providing hats passionately made by Francesco and Anna to reenactors and collectors throughout Europe.
After 30 years of activity marked by passion and research, Atelier Pietro Longhi today is a fundamental reference for those who have made artisanal luxury quality a lifestyle.
